The Dessert Bar at Patisserie Chanson is looking for a hospitable, passionate bartender, capable of working in a fast paced, fine dining environment. Our ideal candidate is someone who can contribute to the restaurants hospitable culture, developing brand identity & seasonally changing menus with high pedigree. An emphasis on mixology, molecular gastronomy & quality of service is a must, as is the ability to take direction well and lead a tasting. We operate on the basis of a live-kitchen, as it pertains to upholding Michelin-level standards and are in need of someone, passionate, with that mindset.
