The Total Rewards Lead - HRIS Implementation is a contract role, responsible for supporting the implementation of the new HRIS system. The role is primarily focused on project management, data gathering and analytics, program administration, and general support in the full implementation of an HRIS platform.

The incumbent will report to the Head of Total Rewards and HRIS.

  • Actively manage full lifecycle implementation of selected HRIS including: planning and scoping, executing against project timelines, deliverables and budgets.
  • Sets appropriate expectations in accordance with the project plan to align key stakeholders and team members
  • Provide direction and support to internal project team members
  • Develop and deliver reporting and financial tracking of project budgets
  • Configure and deliver training for end-users of our HRIS set-up
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Documenting requirements and enhancements
  • Perform system configuration, including maintaining picklists, foundation data, data loads etc.
  • Implement HRIS security role based permission changes/requests and troubleshoot role based permission issues
  • Create test scripts and conduct and coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) for all system related changes and issues
  • Assist with the data workflow set up and HRIS system integration; Solves data quality issues.
  • Assists in the maintenance of all employee information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), such as job profiles, job titles, salary ranges, differential pay, and changes due to qualifying life events.
  • Completes recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests


Outstanding consultative, critical thinking, analytical and communication skills with ability to effectively implement a new HRIS system across the organization. You also have the following:
  • Technically adept and phenomenally organized, with affinity for rigorous data analysis
  • Speak the language of HRIS systems experience with confidence and understanding of the hire to retire lifecycle process
  • 2 - 3+ years of experience managing Human Resources technology implementations OR experience managing HRIS software implementations, required.
  • Exceptional writing & presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic planning and risk management
  • Auditing, reporting, and analytics, including high level of proficiency with data files
  • Ability to and experience with travel, approximately 30%
  • Authorization to work in the United States now and in the future
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong record of academic achievement
