To meet the basic qualifications for the Manager of Business Development opportunity, you must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. To be a good fit for the role, you will need:
  • A bachelor s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, Security or a related field (highly preferred), or the equivalent combination of education and outstanding sales experience
  • 8-10+ years of experience in consultative sales or business development with a track record that demonstrates increasing responsibility and accomplishments
  • 5 years of work experience in a supervisory / management business development role
  • 5 years of experience in the security (preferred), facilities management, services or another industry with recurring / contract B2B sales
  • Ability to select, coach and retain a high-performance business development team
  • Proven success navigating through complex negotiations at the executive level
