Searching for the right individual to join Cote Korean Steakhouse as Sous Chef. We are located in Flatiron, and have one Michelin star, and two stars from the NYT's. If you have 3 plus years of experience as a line cook or chef, we encourge you to apply. This position will directly support our Executive Chef David Shim. This will be an opportunity to expand your culinary knowlegde as well as managment skills. We are a high volume and high energy restaurant with a great potentail for growth.

The ideal candidate -

3 + years of experience as a line cook or chef in FINE DINING.
Reliable and loyal.
Creative and open minded.
Punctual.
Can equally act as a team player and a team leader.
Ability to adapt and learn.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Fluent in Spanish, or capable of communicating (not necessary but extremely helpful).
Experience with Asian cuisine is preferable but not required.
