Job Description Support of all aspects of annual business lifecycle, client lifecycle, and deal management processes including CRM, Knowledge Management, Revenue Reporting, and Resource Planning. This role is responsible for gathering, validating, and documenting business information and needs, and participating in the development lifecycle to help deliver high value solutions to meet the needs of the business. Specifically this role will initially focus on the alignment between MA banking business process and technology and Finance processes and technology with the aim of aligning and integrating these two areas. Responsibilities will include Lead various banking and finance requirements gathering sessions to understand needs and objectives gather and document end-user requirements for data capture, program functions, data quality, reports and analysis, and training. Act as functional expert on internal systems including intimately understanding the functionality in the system, how to translate business requirements into system changes, and the impact of changes to previously implemented releases. Translate business requirements into functional technical specifications and system design Recommend and document solutions Map existing system flows and business processes Document future state system flows and business processes based on objectives. Develop Use Cases and User Stories Identify, document, and evaluate user feedback and system deficiencies and recommend solutions Work with cross-functional teams to devise and design business approaches Leadassist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules Assist with User Acceptance Testing Qualifications 6+ years of business analyst experience working with accounting or banking business area ideally within a top tier investment bank or similar firm. Proven experience interviewing business leaders to develop business requirements with the ability to challenge current processes and status quo. Proven experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems. Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals. Experience with any combination of SAP Financial suite, Microsoft Dynamcis CRM, Microsoft PowerBi a benefit. Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive. Big picture thinking and problem solving skills. Works well under pressure. Extremely organized with strong time-management skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
